    Hi
I work with more than one shipping company
Each shipping company has a group of regions, and each group has one price according to weight.
I want to enter the regions in each freight company as a group. To make it easier for me to update prices.

    Picture as an example:
I work with DHL and PTT for shipping to Germany
But the store always shows the highest shipping company in the list (DHL appears because it is at the top, and PTT does not appear)

What can i do for this

  • That’s how Shipping Zones work – the first one on the list that matches the address is used.

You would need a Zone for each country that uses both DHL and PTT at the top of the list. So using your screenshot as an example:

    Germany: DHL and PTT

    France: DHL and PTT

DHL: All the other countries that only use DHL

PTT: All the countries that only use PTT

    Thanks for your answer
The problem is that the two companies send to most countries in the world, and unfortunately there is a third company as well
    It’s a big problem
The entry will be difficult for each country, and the prices will also be updated
I will search more, maybe there is any addition that will help me

    Hi,

You will need to add all shipping methods available for the shipping zone, so that your customer will be able to select the best fit for them. You can add as many shipping methods as your zone needs.

    Hello,
i created multiple shipping zones for 2 different carriers, DHL and PTT. While list of countries of those zones overlap, they’re not the same. So i can’t create 2 different prices for the same Zone. I learned that when 2 zones intersect only one of them is displayed on checkout. I want both shipping options to display on checkout so customer can choose PTT or DHL. How can i do that?

Shipping Zones are for the addresses – not the shipping type

You need a Zone for each area that contains the shipping methods for that area.

Having a country in multiple Zones won’t work
