    Try the usual troubleshooting steps:

    – Deactivate all of your plugins.

    – Switch to the Twenty Thirteen theme

    – Clear your browser’s cache and cookies

    – Login and try to reproduce the problem after that.

    Hey thanks for the help but could you help me with this??
    A description for this result is not available because of this site’s robots.txt

    This really isn’t the search engine support forum but have you tried any of the advice I posted above?

    If something is interfering with search engines crawling your site then that advice may help you identify where the issue is.

    I have updated my site to gameleon v 2.5
    and also deactivated plugins

    But the host Says to Keep report this to you??
    That is why i had to keep up a complaint
    I didn’t have a problem like this before it is after i have updated to 3.7.1

    I have a similar problem, and as I am not a computer expert makes things worse / difficult as I depend on my website to make a living!

    I tried to add a new product, but when i tried to select a product category it would not allow me to do it, with my screen going grey and a rolling image ,like a horizontal barbers pole’, intimating something happening which it did not. I logged out and relogged in tried again, still the same problem. Every time I tiped something the screen went a shade of grey. When I clicked on the help button I got the ‘barbers pole’ again.

    Working on the home page sheet was fine but this is a problem I need to resolve quick. Any suggestions? If necessary I will start from scratch but not my ideal option.
