I have a problem when customers send e-mails!No text body appear.

  • Hello!I have an issue when people try to send me an e-mail through the CF7 i believe everything is set up as it should, however in 80 – 90 % of the cases e-mails look like this and i dont know why:

    From: [your-name] <[email protected]>
    Subject: [your-subject]

    Message Body:
    [your-message]

    —
    This e-mail was sent from a contact form on Heaven Gardens – Озеленяване Бургас (https://heaven-gardens.com)

    Please assist

    Hi i am using Flatsome theme, but there is a loooot of plugins used in the website.If needed i can list them all but it is going to take a while, however lets start:

    My god so many… and some duplicating as well, however dont judge i have 0 IT knowledge and still managed to do a funtioning site.

    Try switching to the default theme, deactivating all plugins excluding Contact Form 7, Really Simple Security, Site Kit by Google and Yoast SEO, and clearing all cache data.

    Why you are advised to deactivate plugins and switch to the default theme.
