    Hello everyone, I’m new to this forum please bear with me. I worked on a project on which I used woocommerce and a phonepe for a gateway payment but I got this error message “There are no payment methods available. This may be an error on our side. Please contact us if you need any help placing your order.” on Payment options section on checkout’s page, even though I already enabled the Phonepe payment solutions from the Woocommerce Settings.

    I went to this page from the dashboard WooCommerce > Status > Logs

    And got this message.
    2024-01-11T12:10:47+00:00 ERROR Failed to ingest event: ResponseCode: 400 Code: Message: Bad Request - Api Mapping Not Found

    Can you please confirm which plugin you are using to enable Phonepe?

    Furthermore, I’d like to understand your site properly so we can further investigate this. Please share with us the System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.

    @carolm29 Thank you for your response. I got this resolved. I just removed woocommerce blocks on checkout page and replace it with [woocommerce_checkout] shortcode and the phonepe payment options shows up.

    Glad to hear that switching from the Checkout block to the Checkout shortcode did the trick!

    The error message on checkout is usually the cause of incompatibility between the payment gateway plugin (Phonepe in this case) and the Checkout block. You can see the list of compatible payment gateways here:
