    First off, I got this Warning while looking over WP-Super Cache

    Warning! /home/knhdlcdqy/fishdogfish.com/ is writable this is a security risk please make it readonly after your page is generated.

    So I made it readonly, then I got this message.

    Warning! You must make /home/knhdlcdqy/fishdogfish.com/ writable to enable this feature. As this is a security risk please make it readonly after your page is generated.

    Is this telling me I have to change the attribute every time I want do to an update, and then change it back once I’m done?

    I’m assuming that’s showing up over one specific subset of wp-Super-Cache? which one?

    (Also, I tagged this so the author gets a note to come look).

    The second warning is in the “Directly cached pages” section of the admin page. If you don’t use it, and you probably don’t need it, ignore it as it doesn’t apply to you.

    Use Google, lots of people have blogged about it, or just try it. Also look for it on my blog (linked from my username here) where I’ve blogged about it in the past.
