I have 404 css in en-page

I used polylang to translate. But en-page (main page) is error 404 css.
en-page (error): https://working24.net/
vi-page (ok): https://working24.net/vi/

I tried to test cache:
1. Ok if use: /?LSCWP_CTRL=before_optm
2. Disable every css optimize -> OFF Serve Stale -> Purge All. But it still has error.
3. Upgrade to “dev” release version. It still has error.
4. Try to “Emty entire cache”. It still has error.
5. Try to clear all cloudflare cache. It still has error.
