• First off let me say I am a developer with over 20 years experience building sites and over 10 years on WordPress sites. I have developed 100’s of real estate sites and a few of them used RETS. In the past, I built custom RETS solutions for my clients and was hoping that this plugin (Pro Version) along with the MLS Add-on would meet my clients needs on WordPress sites and get them to the market sooner. So I spent the $1100 and purchased pro version with MLS add-on.

    I got no support on this and was extremely disappointed. I build 100’s of real estate websites and even applied to be an affiliate for realtyna. I am still using realtyna on this one site and hope I can figure it out on my own. If Realtyna steps up and provides support, that would be great, but as of right now, I am extremely disappointed.

    If realtyna decides to give me support I will retract this, but as of right now, I am not holding my breath.

    Tom,

    We are sorry that you haven’t been happy with our support.

    It seems the MLS Add-on faced Memory issue in your web-hosting and caused the problem.

    Usually our clients are very happy about MLS package that we have. Our technical manager runs an investigation about this and he will update you.

    I understand the memory issue. I fixed that immediately and I appreciate your reply here. I have re-installed everything and updated it in the support ticket area. I will update this response with appropriate feedback when I get a positive response to my ticket. Thanks, tom

    Thanks Howard, I am very happy with the support now and I tried to change it back to five star rating here or delete the post entirely, but I don’t see a way to do that here.

    Initially, I was unhappy, but I have to say that Realtyna gave me great support in the end.
