    Hello,

    I got this error in my dashboard recently

    2022-08-01 10:40:38: Error occurred while checking account status. Error: cURL error 77: error setting certificate verify locations: CAfile: phar:///usr/local/bin/wp/vendor/rmccue/requests/library/Requests/Transport/cacert.pem CApath: /etc/ssl/certs

    Protection is not active for the following forms are x out, and my website is not protected.

    Registration formsComments formsContact formsCustom contact formsValidate email for existenceWooCommerce checkout form

    Any ideas on how to resolve it.

    Hello, @naomibuch.

    Seems like the plugin couldn’t read the SSL certificate properly.

    Please, do the following:
    ? WordPress Admin Page —> Settings —> Anti-Spam by CleanTalk —> Advanced settings —>
    ? —> set the option “Use WordPress HTTP API” to “On” —>
    ? —> set the option “Use SSL” to “Off” —> Save Changes.

    Then synchronize the plugin:
    ? WordPress Admin Page —> Settings —> Anti-Spam by CleanTalk —> press the button “Synchronize with Cloud”
