I got test email but schedule not

I am not sure why, what does the next run date show for this report?

Next run date still no any email

It might be that your store did not have any visitors? the email is scheduled with a cron, WordPress cron is triggered when users are visiting your website. So if there’s no traffic on your website, the trigger won’t be executed.

Hey same problem for me. The test email works, but I don’t receive anything at 3am (I schedule the email for that time).

I tested 2 days (just in case the first day doesn’t count).

We had around 10 sales and 1000 visitors.

So any other idea of why it’s not working? ??

We checked this scenario and it’s working fine in our envrioment. Can you share some details(or Screenshots)? of the below setting:

1. Timezone(from WP general setting).
2. Schedule sales report settings (from Sales report email plugin).
3. WP tools > Cron eventsCron Events list screenshots (from WP Crontrol).

We checked the screenshots and the issue on your site. all CRON Events are pending in screenshots.

Maybe Cron events are disabled on your site. you need to run manually cron.php file.
