i got no admin??

I have just installed and set up WP on my webhost.. all was running well, it installed fine and told me “Did i expect more steps to install?” and that it was sorry to disappoint.. well then i logged into the dashboard and i got this:

Warning: require(/home/fhlinux130/r/runawaygeek.com/user/htdocs/wp-admin/menu-header.php) [function.require]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/fhlinux130/r/runawaygeek.com/user/htdocs/wp-admin/admin-header.php on line 118

I tried re-downloading and adding a new “admin-header.php” file from the wordpress site, nothing!
