• I just received an Alert email from the free version of the WordFence plugin (the email was received immediately following or during a scan that I kicked-off on the server).

    The Alert advises
Alert generated at Friday 2nd of December 2016 at 09:07:48 AM
    Warnings:
    * Unable to accurately detect IPs
NOTE: You are using the free version of Wordfence. Upgrade today:

I am unsure how to interpret this. Is it serious? Or is this just a warning.
    Please advise

  • Hello, I received the same message, followed directions and no solution? Please advise.

Also curious about this new error. Per the help article it sounds like the options page has an option for correcting this “issue”. But, I’m somehow missing that option. If I understand this correctly, I would think that the Live Tracking page would not have accurate IP Addresses on it, but it appears that these are all accurate based on a quick glance.

I have also received the same. Maybe a wordfence bug?
