I got 26500 comments & I can not delet them

    Hello,
    I am using the WordPress default theme, and I found I have 26500 comments waiting for approval (most are spam). the Moderate Comments page fails to load and I can not delete these comments.

    Is there a way to delete these comments? can any one help me?
