  • It sounds like you don’t have the database details configured correctly. Make sure that you are editing wp-config.php correctly.

    You should also check with BlueHost to make sure your MySQL database is configured correctly.

    Based from my experience that error message happens when the server of your hosting provider is down or the database is deleted. You may want to check MySQL database to check.
