    Hi to all,
    I have a little issue. I can’t track DHL number.

    I put to my customer this:
    DHL Parcel
    2071*******0089

    On DHL page everything is ok. I can check the status of the package.

    The shipment goes to Canada.

    Any advice?

    Hi @sword024 – I see that you are using TrackShip and that you use the Tracking Page. When you mark the order as shipped (completed) the tracking info is sent to the customer and to TrackShip to Track this shipment and after you do that, the tracking will auto-update.

    I noticed in the video that when you are copying the tracking number the Carrier name next to it says “DHL eCommerce” and you are using “DHL Parcel” when you enter the tracking to the order.

    IF you need further assistant with TrackShip, please contact their support form your account as we are only allowed to provide support for AST.

    The order is completed before now I just want to add tracking number.

    Also what i need to use instead DHL parcel?

    Hi, in general, you add the tracking info before you mark the order as shipped (completed) and your customer will get the tracking link in the completed email. If the order is completed before so you add the tracking you should still check this option to send the info to TrackShip or mark this order and from the bulk actions dropdown, choose the get shipment status.

    It says in the video from the place you copy the tracking number that its DHL eCommerce so I guess you should use it. You can contact the TrackShip support, they will be able to help you with that.
