I get stuck at Prosessing on connections page

    Hi,
    I have the plugin at use on a livesite, but now when trying to get it working on a staging site, I get stuck on Connections page. I choose the location, service, workers, days etc and then click Save. I get stuck on the next view where it says “processing”. Nothing happens, no connections are created.

    What can be causing this?

  • Same problem – apparently since the latest plugin’s update.
    Clicking “Save” when editing an existing service ends up with a loop that does nothing.
    Same goes for trying to add a new service.

    Hi,
    which version are you useing?

    Do you have PHP 8 or PHP 7.4 or something else? On PHP 7.4 it works on another site, but the problem-site is on PHP 8.

    I tried PHP 8.1, and PHP 7.4.

    Checked all the PHP error logs etc. and wasn’t any wiser.

    However, switching to a different computer (and Internet connection) seems to have helped. I have no idea how and why. What I had forgotten to check are the browser diagnostic tools (F12 – Console) on the computer that was having problems.

    All in all – it works for me now.
