Thank you for this report, which is unlike anything that has been reported in the past. I can think of no reason that it would be caused by some part of the MLA plugin, unless there was some corrupted or missing file in the plugin caused by a problem in the download or update process.

Is this a brand new install or an update from an older version? If it is a brand new install, it is conceivable that some interaction with another plugin is an issue, but I think that unlikely.

The only suggestion I can offer is to remove the MLA plugin completely and try downloading it from scratch. Removing the plugin will not delete your settings or taxonomy terms (Att. Categories and Att. Tags).

I will leave this topic unresolved until I hear back from you. Again, I regret any trouble this has caused you.

It has been a month since your post and my initial response. I assume you have found and fixed the problem behind your Port 80 error.

I am marking this topic resolved, but please update it if you are still having a problem with the plugin.
