I get critical error and can’t login to the back end

    I get a critical error when I try to log in. I contacted my host and they told me it was WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway that was causing the error so they disable it for now. Here’s the log. Could you please fix this asap otherwise I can’t run my online shop.

    Based on the error log, it looks like that you have multiple Stripe plugins installed on your website, which might cause conflict and generate the errors.

    In order for us to get a better understanding of your site setup, could you please share a copy of your website’s System Status Report?

    You can get it by navigating to the WooCommerce / Status section of your site. Once there, click on the Get system report button and then copy it by clicking on the Copy for support button. Then paste it here in a comment.

    Hi! this is the report. I saw a post that the latest version is causing some error, so I downgraded it and the error is gone now. But if there’s any other conflicts on my website I’d like to fix it. This is my first time setting up a WooCommerce website so I probably have installed plugins that may not be required, if you can let me know the best solution I appreciate it!

    This is currently reported as a bug (compatibility with other plugins) and is being investigated here: https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce-gateway-stripe/issues/2394

    I’d suggest waiting for an official fix to come.

    As the issues are with the Stripe plugin; at this stage, it’s best to wait for it to be patched before looking for any possible conflicts on your site.
