I get an error after i login and try to make changes to my site

  • I get this error

    Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 41943040 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 7680 bytes) in /data/18/2/18/56/2996708/user/3325772/htdocs/wordpress2/wp-admin/includes/deprecated.php on line 866

    it happen right after i stall a pugin
    Please help im not sure what to do
