    Hi,

    Cart is considered as a recover cart when user able to reach the order received page. Once the cart is recovered via abandoned cart email notifications then it will display under the “Recover Order” tab. And those order will be deleted from the abandoned order list.?

    If you have reached the order received page and Abandoned cart Lite plugin does not show recover order of your store then can you please drop an email on tickets at tychesoftwares dot uservoice dot com email address?

    Hello again, and sorry for the late reply.

    Thats not it. I get a mail about recovered cart as soon as I do the test-buy. The timing has not passed yet for it to be considered an abandoned cart. It only takes like a minute to do the test-buy, so no abandonment is done.
    So no mail about recovered abandoned cart should go out since it was never abandoned.
    And this happens every single time I do a test-buy.
    I’m just hoping this isn’t happening to my customers!

    Maybe it’s because I’m admin?

    Maybe something in the database?

    I cleared the database completely and tried a test-buy.
    I got another mail about recovered cart.

    I now have two lines in the database:

    {“cart”:{“35309226eb45ec366ca86a4329a2b7c3”:{“prod… 1467717075 1 3260 REGISTERED

    and

    {“cart”:[]} 1467717093 0 0 REGISTERED

    I only took the last part of the database, and not the user_id and such.

    Thank you for providing the database entries and your detailed reply.

    Today, we have released Abandoned Cart Lite plugin version 2.9. In which we have changed the logic of the recovered cart.

    Can you please update the plugin to the latest version 2.9 on your store?

    If the issue still persists with our latest version then can you please drop an email on tickets at tychesoftwares dot uservoice dot com email address?
