I get a fatal error when trying to visit my site and admin

  • I just found out that my site is down. When I try to access the site or the wp-admin I get this error:
    “Fatal error: Cannot redeclare has_shortcode() (previously declared in /home/virtual/swagcard.dk/public_html/wp-includes/shortcodes.php:153) in /home/virtual/swagcard.dk/public_html/wp-content/themes/serrano/functions.php on line 446”

    I’m lost – Anyone who can help?
