I forgot my Login and password!!

You canuse your email address to reset your password, so you don’t need to use your username.

If that doesn’t work, you’ll need to figure out another way. There’s more ways here that don’t need you to remember your username or password:

Have you tried to use the Lost your password? option? This way you should be able to reset your account password.

Also, you can reset the password through FTP by following the steps presented here: https://www.wpwhitesecurity.com/reset-wordpress-password-ftp/
