I forgot my admin password

    Did you try the ‘forgot password’ link on the login page?

    you have to go cpanel and change password from database users table.

    hmm.. where can I access the forgot password link ?

    Looks like your site is set up with a security plugin or does your host require extra login protection?

    I see a non-standard pop-up login with this:

    A username and password are being requested by https://www.kreativito.com. The site says: "Private access

    hmm… that’s really strange.. I swear I didn’t change my password.. but for all in the sudden I couldn’t login.. and yeah, this weired pop up … right .. that’s not standard I guess..

    isn’t there any other admin address I could enter directly for resetting the password ?

    There are a number of ways to do that –

    But that’s for your WP site login – not sure it will make any difference in that popup – which isn’t standard.

    Ask your hosts if you don’t have a security plugin – some hosts have added security measures.
