I enable comments but it continues to say “Comments are closed.” on my pages

So an example of a post of mine where one cannot leave a comment is this if you scroll to the bottom you will see it says comments are closed but the settings i checked in the discussion pannel are, Allow people to post comments on new articles, Comment author must fill out name and e-mail, Break comments into pages with top level comments per page and the page displayed by default
Comments should be displayed with the comments at the top of each page, and for some strange reason noone can leave a comment. PLEASE HELP THANKS ??
