I don't want a plug-in, just a hit counter

I’m looking for a hit counter, not a plug-in from wordpress, because they’re usually chocked full of stuff I don’t need or want.

I posted a question in the “Miscellaneous” forum, but the moderator moved it over here, which defeats the purpose of my post, because I don’t want a plug-in.

I don’t want a plug-in, that’s why I posted in “Miscellaneous”, but the moderator is impossible to reason with, so now I’m posting in here.

Please don’t be angry with me like the moderator in “Miscellaneous” did, as I’m only looking for an answer to my question, not an arguement.
