I Don’t understand how to disable cookies with this plugin

Hi friends, I registered on cookiebot and i installed plugin in wordpress.
It works fine ?? It’s beautiful and api integration work perfect and show the list of cookies in site. All categories are displayed correctly, etc. But. I try to disable a category in the frontend and it appears to work but it don’t deactivate really anything; when i reload page, cookies begin to charge again. I deleted cookies and repeated the process several times without lucky.Can this plugin deactivate cookies?
