I don't understand

I have a blog that I want to turn into an app. I want people to be able to comment on it. I want to be able to sell it in the iTunes and Google Play store.
Will your plugin allow for that?

Do I have to have it hosted on my own web site?

Will it have ads?

Can I set my own price?
