I need more help trying to reproduce the issue. I am in the dark. Please explain exactly how you set up the form so that I can reproduce the error.

I can share my configuration, as you can see the form appears in elementor editor while in the frontend nothing of the form appears. It was working until the 15th of december at least (maybe later but we did not attempt to use it), since then nothing has been changed on the website but wordpress core and plugins has been updated since then.

I think I might have an idea. If this is an Edit post form, try to add the post type under the Post tab and under the Allowed Post Types setting. Let me know if the form shows up
