Hi @assurfivo

It looks like your current theme overrides the default WooCommerce templates related to the Single Product page, which is possibly causing a conflict.

Can you please temporarily switch your theme to Storefront and check if the issue is still there?

Before switching the theme:

• Please make sure you have a good backup in place of your full site and database. Most hosting companies have this included in the subscription, but you could also consider using a service like Jetpack. If something goes wrong, it’s nice to know that you can restore your site.

I’m not sure what you mean here, can you please elaborate?

Also, if you don’t want to install the Storefront theme from WooCommerce.com then you can do it from the theme store, it’s there as well. ??

Perhaps you have that product set to 1 per custom from the inventory settings, here’s a screenshot of where you can find this: https://i.imgur.com/SOaxzca.png

If that doesn’t take care of it, then one of your plugins might be causing the problem.

The best way to determine this is to:

• Keep the Storefront theme
• Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
• Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each until you find the one causing the conflict.
