    I tried several times, also with different email adresses. i cant send me a test email, i dont receive them. also not in the spam folder.

    Hi,

    May I ask you to send screenshots of the automation settings that are causing the problem? Also, please attach screenshots of the ShopMagic → Logs tab, are there automations with a status of “Failure”?

    If there are problems with sending automations please take a peek at the Tools → Scheduled Actions tab, are the automations visible here?

    In addition, I would ask you to attach the status of the WooCommerce system. Read more information on where to get the system status.

    In the Logs there is no entry and no failure. I treid also to work with a example from you like the “One-time Review Request with 7 day delay“. Its not possible to send a test email.

    Are you changing anything in this recipe ready from us ? Could you test and create a simple automation to send an email as soon as the order is processed ? Does the test message work here?

    In addition, please send me screenshots of this automation that causes problems and does not send the test message.
