I dont recieve emails

I have a form on my website. If user types all fields correctly, we both recieve emails.
Whenever user types nonexistent email in the form on my website, neither I nor he does not receive anything. But I do want to recieve form fields anyway, even if he made f.e. a mistake.

Could you tell me how to fix it?
