I Don’t receive the attached pdf

    Hello,

    I’ve installed the plugin and it works great but when i test I don’t receive the attached pdf. I don’t know what I’m doing wrong.

    I checked and the API is all in place.

    When i submit the form i receive via email all the fields filled but no attachment.

    Is there something else I need to do?

    1. Make sure the checkboxes are checked for the primary and secondary email in PDF options (see tutorial video for PDF options)

    2. Some plugins may cause issues with attachments. Try disabling all Contact Form 7 related plugins (except for the filling plugin and CF7) and test it.

    3. If you don’t mind, I can take a look at your setup and debug it. Send me your wp-admin login details to admin at maximum dot software.

    For everyone facing this.. here was the problem in my case:

    The Plugin “Contact Form 7 Live Preview” was creating a conflict (I don’t know why) and it removed the attached pdf.

    Once I deactivated it and re-upload my pdf I could receive emails with the pdf attached!
