• Hi, I just installed the plugin and create a template for the processing order and I don’t receive the test email (I’m trying in my gmail). I tried it with the completed order template as well and it happens the same. I don’t receive anything, not in spam either. I checked that the website sends emails correctly but there is something I may be doing or not doing that I’m not able to solve. I so appreciate any help about it, thanks a million.

    If email is not sending, it usually means that there is an issue with the SMTP setup of the site.

    Can you try using YaySMTP please:

    Thank you but I’d rather not install your plugin as it has limited number of emails. I have installed smtp.mailer and it works just fine, I am not having problems to send emails trhough the web. That is not the issue for sure.

    Thanks for your response.

    Did you receive Woo default email instead? Because, YayMail just helps you customise the email content, if you did not receive anything then the issue should be one of your SMTP settings.

    Please try deactivating YayMail temporarily and place a test order to see if the default email be sent.
