I don’t receive notifications

    I use the ultimate FAQ plugin to create a faq with the possibility of leaving comments. I would like to modify the notifications when I receive a new comment using your plugin but unfortunately I do not receive any email notifications, I use WP Mail SMTP as SMTP carrier. Do you have any idea why your plugin is not working?

    Hi @nta78,
    Thanks for your message.

    It’s most likely that the Ultimate FAQ plugin is using its own, or overriding, the comment notifications and so another plugin cannot override them again.
    I would test this by deactivating the plugin and testing BNFW with the default WordPress comments on a post to see if you can get that working, then when you do, re-activate the FAQ plugin and re-test.
