I don’t receive email

Hi silvia, I’ve found a fatal error sending email when adding variations to the list…could it be the same?

we just tested and we cannot replicate any issue with emails, on both simple a variable products.

@silviaserpe do you receive other WooCommerce emails?

@yithemes I receive regular Woocommerce emails but don’t receive quote emails. I have the Premium Version.

Could you solve the problem? I don’t receive quote emails either, I receive other emails from wordpress but not from the plugin.

It is specifically with one email, with the email copies (CC:) it works but the main email not.

Can you help me please?
