I don’t receive comment email notification only from a user

Hello i have a website that only can comment logged in users, but when comment a specific user, post SMTP appear that send me the email notification, but i don’t receive the email notification when is from a comment for that specific user, I try resend the email notification in SMTP to another emails thinking that my email blocking the notification, but i never receive the email, so what could be the problem?
