  • Hi Andrew,

Are you having a technical issue with the plugin or are you talking about the banner asking if you are enjoying the plugin? If you’re referring to that banner, then it definitely does go away. We’re using that banner because we are looking to get valuable feedback from those using the plugin on how to improve it. That being said, whether you click no and submit the feedback form or click yes, either way, the banner goes away and never returns. And if you click the X to dismiss it, it should go away temporarily and return at a later date. If you clicked either no or yes on the banner and it’s still showing up, then there is a technical issue preventing it from working as it should.

If there is a technical issue preventing the banner from going away, we could definitely help you with that. And, if you’re experiencing any issues with the actual features and functionality of the plugin, we’d be glad to help with that.

Also, we would gladly welcome any ideas on how we might ask for feedback while making it less intrusive.

I am talking about the banner. Other companies create these banners but they always go away for good when I close them down. Your banner kept re-appearing until I went and to this page and rated the plugin. I do not like having to this and I although I like your plugin I do not like being hassled/nagged. Nobody likes it and in my opinion it destroys all the good work you have done in creating the plugin.
I would ask you to review your process

    Hi Andrew,

Thanks for getting back to us. Sorry that it was that intrusive. That definitely wasn’t the intent. It should definitely go away for good whether you click no or yes. We will indeed review it to make sure there’s no technical issue preventing it from working as we intended.

I hope this doesn’t stop you from making use of the plugin and its great features. Please let us know if there’s anything we can assist with.
