Sorry that you’re having trouble getting going with the plugin. If you’re talking about the pop-up box that asks for a review, you should easily be able to dismiss that by clicking either the “Never ask me again” button or the “Ask me in a week” button.
If those buttons aren’t working, that usually means there’s some kind of JavaScript issue/conflict in your WordPress install that is stopping the JavaScript used in our plugin to remove the box from working.
When you get that pop-up box, could you bring up the developer console in your browser and see if there are any errors there? (This should hopefully give an indication of what’s causing the error.)
Alternatively, you could try temporarily deactivating your other plugins to see if you can then dismiss the review box.
Please let us know if, after trying these, you are still unable to dismiss the review box.
