I am using 3.3.1 (Online, not installed on my computer) on my website, and until yesterday I was using it normally, but today I opened to write a new post and there was no visual editor.

I open “new post” and all I’ve got is the HTML editor, and I don’t have the option to change it anymore.

I am new to wordpress so if anyone can help me that would be totally appreciated ??

here is a picture of how my editor looks like at the moment :S

    Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    – re-uploading the wp-admin and wp-includes folders from a fresh download of WordPress.
