I dont have a site domain email…is there any workaround?

“Sender email address does not belong to the site domain.” is the error. I searched a few topics here already but cannot find the answer. Is there anyway to work around this as I do not have a site domain email and me and the client are having a very hard time getting into the web hosting as his old developer isn’t really helping us. Thanks.
