• Every time I submit a ticket – nothing happens, nobody replies back and I don’t even have the notifications on my email that the ticket has been submitted. Any other Elementor emails (about password resetting and ad mails – I recieve without any problems

    Here is my original message:
    Cannot use the closed bracket symbol, it just doesn’t shop up. The screenshot attached. And this is the forth ticket I’m leaving regarding this issue, I don’t now what’s happening but I didn’t get any replies for the first three, not even a mention on my email [ deleted ] that the tickets have been submitted

    The Elementor support folks cannot have a conversation with you here. They cannot support any customers in these forums. No one is allowed to do that and when those topics are found a reply like this one is made.

    I’m sorry you are not getting the experience you expect on there site but that has nothing to do with this place.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
