I do not see the table of contents in my post

At no time was the table seen so it is not the version that is the problem or so I think.

I deactivated the plugins and the problem persists. I also cleared the cache and everything remains the same.

Kindly please copy the text from the Edit post and click on the ellipses menu (the three vertical dots) to the right of the post or page you want to copy and lick on the copy all block option and paste it on the Pastebin and share the link with us.
