‘I do Not see the Facebook Live Chat Image at all.’

    Hello, I’m using Genesis(Version: 2.5.0) by StudioPress and after setting up the plugin, nothing happens.
    ‘I do Not see the Facebook Live Chat Image at all.'(tried multiple times.)

    I think that my themes may conflict with your app.

    Also when I go to my child theme, there is no footer.php.
    Only parent theme(Genesis) has footer.php, however there is a warning as follows,

    This file is part of the core Genesis Framework. DO NOT edit this file under any circumstances. Please do all modifications in the form of a child theme..

    Is there a way to fix this problem?
    Please help.

    Hello,

    I use Genesis – Studio press which can not be modified.

    My child theme doesn’t have footer.php to embed your code in the instruction that you sent me.

    What can I do in this situation?

    Hello,

    I was able to embed your code to footer.php (using Genesis Simple Edits plugin),

    but when I click on Facebook Live Chat Image, it buffers forever.

    Please help. Thank you.

    Hi, thank you so much for your reply..

    My browser is firefox and when I turned off ‘the Firefox Tracking Protection’, the buffering has stopped.

    So yes, now facebook chat is working!
