I do not see EWWW Optimizer in the Dashboard

Thank you for the great plugin!

Please can you help me: I only can see “Mass Optimization” option in the Dashboard/Media. But I can not check plugin’s settings, as I do not see them anywhere in the dashboard.
Have already googled for the answer, but did not find anything like this.

Actually, I would like to check (in the plugin settings), if it is possible to set up the restriction of image volume (in kilobytes), e.g. 1 Mb maximum, while uploading new images to the website.

In the past I used Imsanity plugin for doing this – but Imsanity plugin only works with image size (in pixel).

Probably, you could also tell me, is it ok to use both plugins parallel. Thank you very much in advance!
