i do not see correct purchase events

  • Hi there, i am using pixel caffeine but i do not see correct purchase events. For example in the campaign “New Handbags Campaign” is showing for the 22.11 under carusel insights -> purchase for the product in carusel 7: Sydney Handtasche 2 purchase events.

    In fact there was only one purchase. If i scroll down to Audience Inspector i can see that it shows with my custom conversion “Gekauft” only one purchase but the standard event shows 2 again. And if i am going down to the conversion names where all pixel events are shown it says “Purchase (standard)” = 0…

    I really need your help guys. I have this problem since weeks and can not fix it. Also trying to contact the pixel caffeine suport but i have no access to their support.
