I do not receive emails sent from the contact form

  • Hi, I installed contact form 7 on my website and everything worked correctly, until the DNS was changed. I modified them to send emails not with my hosting service, but with Amazon SES (for newsletters). Later I realized that by contact form 7 the emails are sent, but they are not received. Then I installed and configured the “WP Offload SES Lite” plugin, but despite all the emails are sent, but not received. Can anyone help me. Thank you in advance.

    Hi, I have migrated my wordpress to aws lightsail server and installed a plugin to configure a smtp mail server, when I try to send a test email it is sent correctly but the contact form when sending a message sends me the following error “Falló el envío del mensaje. Por favor, inténtelo más tarde o contacte con el administrador por otro medio.”. If you know any solution I’ll appreciate it a lot, regards
