I’ve just tried again to register a key using an address I’d not sent to before and received the email as expected.

There’s a chance if you’re using an email address on your own server/domain that a spam filter there is catching the mails before they reach your regular inbox, so adding list @ wordfence . com or wordfence . com in general to an address book or safe senders list might be appropriate too.
If you have no luck, you could let us know the specific email address privately at lockout @ wordfence . com so we can see if there are any issues sending the emails to you.
