I do not hear sound “Glockenspiel”

    Hi,

    when I choose sound “Glockenspiel” when the popup opens, I do NOT hear the sound.

    Please help.

    Thank you for writing in!

    It looks like you have submitted the same issue on our other support page. A made a test for the popup sound, but the mp3 file is loaded in the page as seen here. The sound also works while the popup displays in the frontend.

    Could you please specify which trigger you are using? Are you using a Time Delay/Auto Open? If yes, could you please try increasing the delay time to something like 7000 ms and see if that will help fix the issue?
