I do not have a plugin URI now for my plugin. Can I submit the plugin?

Hello WP Team,

I have built a new plugin to be released on the WP Plugin Repository. The plugin is done and I was going to submit it. However, while submit the same, I face with an error stating that both my Plugin and Author URIs are same.

I do not have a live website as of now and hence, I cannot add the URI in the Plugin readme file. Instead, I added www.remarpro.com as the URIs in both the cases.

Am I supposed to get a website to submit a plugin? Please help.
