I disable and delete the plugin, but the site still in disable mode

    Sir

    No matter I set the splash off, or deactivate the plugin, or delete the plugin, my wordpress is still show the splash page, and the site could not open to public, how could I do?

    I need to turn off the disable site pluging. (it’s no use to set splash no, or deactivate, or delete the plugin)
