    My coworker purchased a license but we haven’t received an invoice or activation code email. I can’t find a phone number or email address and submitting a ticket requires a code.

    How can I get in touch and find out what the problem is?

    Hi aghawkinsdrx,

    Please can you get in touch through https://www.megamenu.com/support (use WPSupport as the licence key) and let us know the email address you used for the purchase, and any extra information (date, time, name etc). I suspect there was a typo in the email address used hence you didn’t get a receipt or download details.
